Rave: Red Sweater Customer Support (makers of Mars Edit)
I had been having a small problem in Mars Edit for the last 3 weeks. Categories weren't sticking after posting to my Corewerkz blog and extra lines breaks where being inserted. It wasn't a big deal, but it was annoying.
So, today I e-mailed support and described by problems. Within a few hours, I got a response asking for more info. As instructed, I attached a log and answered a few questions. The answer ("refresh" my blog) was sent within a few minutes.
I couldn't be happier with Mars Edit (a great blog editor) and Red Sweater customer support!!
**Note, I posted my questions on their forum two days ago with no reply -- so I highly recommend using e-mail to get support from Red Sweater.
