Rant Turned RAVE: iCal To Do List Manual Sorting

Finally finally FINALLY!! The iCal to-do list will now keep it's manual sorting order with the new 10.5.3 update from Apple released today (even though this fix isn't mentioned explicitly in the release notes)!! Finally!
